Formerly known as #beehappytasmania, we have rebranded as Bee Lab to emphasise our commitment to continuous growth and exploration. While our name has changed, our dedication to developing high-quality, affordable educational materials on bees remains our top priority.

Our Journey:

Bee Lab's journey began with a simple goal - to spread joy and knowledge about honeybees through our educational 3D Honeybee Development Models. Starting with the Worker bee, we quickly realised the need for showcasing the different development cycles and explanded to include the Queen and Drone Development Models.

 

Based in Pontville, Tasmania, we have shipped our models around the world, including Slovenia, the Czech Republic, and most states in Australia, supporting bee organisations who are providing valuable education on the importance of bees.

 

Thanks to the success of our models, inspiration from our valued customers, and the creativity of our team, we have expanded our offerings to include 3D-printed hive parts to aid in hive management. We are also excited to announce the recent release of a 3D-printed Varroa mite and Small Hive Beetle, designed to assist with disease identification and management.
